FOOD IN SEOUL (MEAT STOCK SOUP RESTAURANT : SINSEON SEOLNONGTANG)

Sinseon seolnongtang places in myeongdong which specialize at cooking seolleongtang (stock soup of meat).

The representative menu is Seolnongtang. 7,000 won.

Seolnongtang of Sineon seolnongtang use stock soup which soak out beef bone from Australia with very hot water and much pressure. Bit pieces of meat on bone is also being used.

The taste of soup is thick, clean and deep.

So milky color and you can taste little of butter's flavor, which is so attractive.
Like the other good restaurant in myeongdong, visual is so nice!

Tender brisket and fresh green onion is harmonic.

I recommend add this restaurant in your travel course of Seoul!

Kkakdugi... cube shaped gimchi? little spicy but delicious!
